We feel. We do not control when we feel. We feel based on what happens. We feel based on what happens both inside our minds and outside of our bodies. Some of us even perceive that we feel based on what happens elsewhere.
Sometimes we react to feelings. Sometimes our feelings control us. Sometime we ignore them. Other times we suppress them. And there are times we avoid our feelings.
It seems that feeling is natural to us. Do you want to talk about what you feel? Do you need help managing your feelings? Do you want to understand your feelings? Would you like to change the way you experience your feelings? How about rising above your feelings? We can help.
